I wish my calendars were printed in color because this drawing is my newest full-color print. The Mardi Gras dancing revelers are from Iota and are dressed in the Prairie Cajun Mardi Gras traditional costumes. Each is unique, hand-made and very colorful. The Tee-Mamou-Iota Mardi Gras Folklife Festival is applauded for keeping this wonderful Cajun custom traditional. The little dog is the newest member of our family. This young part Blue Healer pup showed up one day on our back porch and refuses to leave. My wife named him" Bandit" because of the black patches around his eyes.
