Laura is precious! She is the daughter of two of our closest friends, Tim and Ashley Alexander. She is so special. When I came up with the idea of a drawing of her, I asked Ashley to photograph her with her favorite doll. The rag doll Laura is holding once belonged to her great-great-grandmother. The little wicker chair belonged to her great-grandmother. I added the live oak, the moss, the baby buggy and the teddy bear to place Laura in a Cajun setting.
